We seek a Saturday Viewing Guide to support our estate agency teams. Previous experience is advantageous, but we provide training where required. As a Saturday Viewing Guide, you will accompany prospective buyers to view properties, highlighting the positive attributes. Gather feedback from buyers and encourage subject-to-contract offers. You will host 'open days' of viewings and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times. The successful candidate must be responsible and reliable, an effective communicator, confident with face-to-face dealings, professional and organised. Additionally, you will be smartly presented, own your car and hold a full driving license with business use insurance. Furthermore, you will have the legal right to work in the UK. Hours: Pro rata Saturdays 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Salary £100.00 per day.
